SAFTA guarantees that the product SAFTA EVOLUTION will be free from defects resulting from material, design or workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase. This guarantee applies only to original material defective or defects resulting from imperfections. The guarantee doesn’t apply to defects resulting from normal wear and tear associated with the use to which it has been destined, its incorrect use and/or changes in the product after it’s placed in the market. If any defect is discovered within six (6) months of the original purchase, get in contact with the point of sale and they will deal with all matters associated with the repair or replacement of the defective product. If, for any reason, this is not possible, please get in contact with SAFTA S.A. bearing in mind the following guidelines: If the defective is noticed after six (6) months but within a maximum period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, contact SAFTA S.A. customer service by phone on (+34) 902 222 919. An authorization number will be provided for the return of the product. We ask that the product that the product is sent by pre-paid post along with the purchase receipt. Please, send the product to the address C/ Las Trece Rosas 2, Alaquàs C.P. 46970 (Valencia). If SAFTA S.A. determines that the product is defective, it will be repaired or replaced and returned without any cost incurred by the customer.
